Governing Board
(The rockstars who make it all happen.)

President
Alana Fiero
Alana is a Senior Associate of Benefit Communications at Fidelity Investments. She is originally from Albany, NY and moved to Keene in 2018. Her favorite thing about KYPN is all of the new people she gets to meet! KYPN has the ability to make a big impact through the events that we host and she finds that extremely rewarding.

Treasurer
Gregg Kleiner
Gregg crunches numbers by day as an Accounting Manager for the Fenton Family Dealerships, but his true superpower is making Keene feel like home. Since moving here in 2018, he’s jumped headfirst into the community—so much so that after one bite at the Taste of Keene event in 2021, he joined the KYPN Board and never looked back.
Public service isn’t just something he does—it’s who he is. Whether serving on the Board of Directors for the Colonial Theatre and the Montessori Schoolhouse of Cheshire County or giving his time as a proud member of the Keene Lions Club, Gregg is always looking for ways to give back and make a difference.
A lifelong theater enthusiast, he’s passionate about the arts and believes in their power to bring people together. When he’s not at work or in a board meeting, you’ll likely find him at the Colonial Theatre (either in the audience or helping behind the scenes), strolling through Keene, or completely absorbed in a great book—probably one with a plot twist he didn’t see coming.

Events Chair
Mike Remy
Mike Remy is the Senior Director of Operational Network Strategy at C&S Wholesale Grocers in Keene. He first joined the company in 2009 as an intern before becoming a full-time employee in 2011 after graduating from Babson College in Massachusetts. Mike was born and raised in Westmoreland and is a graduate of Keene High School. He serves on both the Planning Board and Economic Development Advisory Committee. Mike enjoys cooking and traveling when he gets the chance. He can usually be found at restaurants around downtown Keene. He currently serves on the Keene City Council as a Councilor-at-Large.

Administrative Chair
Annie Rule
Annie is a Supply Chain Management professional currently working at the City of Keene’s Purchasing and Contract Services Department. Originally from Massachusetts, Annie received her bachelor of science degree from Franklin Pierce University in 2011 and returned to the Monadnock region 10 years later to purchase her first home. Annie works in various mediums as an artist, occasionally teaching classes locally at The Craft School at Mill Hollow Works. She also serves on the board of Let It Shine planning Keene Pumpkin Festival every year.

Partnership Chair
Amanda Cocivera
Amanda moved to Keene over a decade ago and has since become an active member with KYPN. Amanda loves that KYPN creates a space for like-minded individuals to connect, collaborate, and enhance the local community. With an educational background that includes a BA in Psychology from Keene State College and an MBA and M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, Amanda specializes in psychiatric healthcare and organizational development. She currently supports the Brattleboro Retreat’s utilization management department. Beyond her professional work, Amanda is a roller coaster enthusiast and has set a personal goal to visit all the amusement parks in America and around the world. Through her involvement with KYPN, Amanda is dedicated to strengthening the Monadnock Region while building meaningful connections with others who share her values and vision for the community.

Marketing Chair
Shane Moynihan
Shane is a real estate agent and investor who moved to Keene in 2018. He is a New Hampshire native who grew up in a small town called Lyndeborough. After living through the pandemic, Shane wanted to find a sense of community and went to his first KYPN after hours event. After attending events regularly, he got more involved with the board and became the Marketing Chair this year. Shane loves to force himself to stop being introverted and go meet new people at all the great events KYPN puts together. And now he gets to help promote them!

Marketing Committee
Danya Pugliese
Danya is a Partner and Co-Founder of Machina Kitchen and ArtBar. She has lived in Keene for over 9 years. Danya joined KYPN because she believes in creating the type of place you want to live in. Attracting and retaining young professionals and helping to build a platform which creates a thriving city is very important to her. KYPN gives her the opportunity to meet and work with others who share in this belief. Danya learned how to stilt walk when she was 12 years old. Since then, she has stilt walked in many parades and walked the runway in two high-fashion shows in Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

Social Events Liaison
Max Beebe
Max moved to Keene in 2005 and has been rooted in the Monadnock Region ever since. After being invited to a KYPN board meeting by a close friend, he immediately connected with the group’s energy, mission, and jumped in to contribute.
He owns O’Mega Images, a photo and video production company that helps local businesses and nonprofits stand out online. He’s also the co-owner of ByteWise Digital, a marketing agency focused on web design, branding, and app development.
Max also serves as Development Liaison for the Hinsdale Economic Development Corporation, where he connects developers, town leaders, and property owners to support smart growth and investment in the region.
Whether he’s behind a camera, promoting local talent, or helping someone feel at home at an event, Max brings creativity, energy, and a real passion for community. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him composing music or on the ice playing hockey.

Board Member
Jay Hayston
Jay is the President and CEO at the Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities on Maple Avenue in Keene. He joined KYPN in order to grow his personal and professional network after moving to the area to work at Cedarcrest. Jay is a huge fan of the sense of community and connection that KYPN offers. In his free time, Jay works as a nonprofit accreditation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities; he is also a guest lecturer and occasional adjunct in the Doctor of Law and Policy program at Northeastern University. In addition to KYPN, Jay also serves on the boards of the New Hampshire Health Care Association and the Pediatric Complex Care Association. Jay lives in Swanzey and enjoys time with his children Isla (age four) and Bear (age two).
